This document outlines the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions governing the use of our website and your participation in our wilderness trips and activities. By using our website or booking any trip, you agree to all the terms contained in this agreement.
Article 1: Definitions
- The Company / Hike & Seek: Masarat Ma’ad for Travel & Tourism, the organizer of all hiking, camping, and outdoor trips under the name Hike & Seek.
- The Platform: The official website hike-seek.com and any other official electronic channels used by the company.
- The Participant: Any natural person (20 years or older) who books or participates in any of our activities.
- The Service: Wilderness trips, hiking, camping, and related services (transportation, accommodation, meals, equipment, etc.) as described in each trip’s details.
Article 2: Eligibility
- The participant confirms that he/she is physically and medically fit and free from any medical conditions that may affect his/her safety during wilderness trips or long hikes.
- The participant bears full responsibility for any false or withheld health information.
Article 3: Booking and Payment Terms
- All bookings and payments must be made through our official online platform.
- Cancellation Policy:
- One-day trips: No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before the trip.
- Multi-day trips: No refund if cancelled less than 14 days before departure.
- The company reserves the right to modify or cancel a trip due to circumstances beyond its control, with prior notification to participants and offering alternative options where possible.
Article 4: Conduct During the Trip
- Participants must fully comply with the trip leader’s and guide’s instructions at all times.
- Leaving the group without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
- The participant acknowledges that wilderness trips involve natural risks and participates at his/her own responsibility.
Article 5: Data Protection (Privacy Policy)
- We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- We collect only the necessary information (name, phone number, email, basic health information) to process bookings and organize trips.
- We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, except when required by law.
- We maintain the confidentiality of your account information and advise you not to share your password with anyone.
Article 6: Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including the name Hike & Seek, logos, images, designs, and website content, are exclusively owned by the company. Any use, reproduction, or distribution without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Article 7: Liability
- We are committed to organizing trips in accordance with Saudi laws and safety standards.
- The company is not liable for any personal injury or damage resulting from the participant’s negligence, failure to follow instructions, or personal health issues.
- Participation in the trips is entirely voluntary and based on the participant’s own assessment of their physical and mental fitness.
Article 8: Amendments and Governing Law
- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
- This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts in the Kingdom.
